Superman vs Knull

Because it's not being choked with blood, is my guess.

So he meant poetic? That's fine. But I do not doubt Knull was putting out Stars while killing Gods.

Yeah,I mean hyperbole can be used interchangeably with poetic language, both have the same argument against them in our battle forums - not to be taken literally. Knull isn't literally choking billions of stars with the mightys blood.

Is he covering up billions of stars? Maybe. He's covering up stars for sure, we've seen it. Billions? Erm, maybe.

Why is that hyperbolic?

What about Knull's origin story leads you to think his story might be hyperbolic?

Also, stars are literally disappearing from the Sky across the Universe, being eaten/devoured by Knull as he comes to Earth.

c’mon did he really choke out the stars with the blood of the almighty?

From what has been shown so far, this is a total non-contest that has crossed the line into spite. Knull casually destroys.

Spite indeed.

I think it was because of this

Isn't this 2 different scenes?

Sentry isnt done. He'll eventually come back and destroy Knull.

Of course he will. Sentrys been atomized by Molecule Man three times in a comic and kept coming back. He's also been "Killed" then tossed into the sun and recovered from an atom for years.

No.

He did that after he invaded Earth. The scene I posted was from when Brock and his son just came from an alternate Universe (Venom #30) and saw many of the Stars in the Sky gone.

But in the issue from where you posted your scans (the King in Black #1), he does say he wishes on the Stars Knull has snuffed out like candles.

But if he snuffed out all the stars he wouldn't need to cover the planet from the stars. 🤷🤷🤷

Well we do know that he wants everything to return to the way it was, and he has shown the power to do so. He'd literally be Superman's most dangerous opponent if left unchecked.

Bro, I’m not Cates, I’m just telling you what happened on panel.

Also, He didn’t snuff out the Sun. Yet.

You're kidding right? because that's been already debunked, and retconned.

This isn't an opinion. period.

I'm thinking that thor is going to have an epic battle with Knull as he quickly disappeared just before the Avengers attempted to stop Knull. It also looks like Doom is going to join the battle.

He is hiding them, not devouring them.
