Where does the media go from here?

So during Trumps' Presidency, we saw unprecedented media bias against Trump.

Will the media treat Biden the same?

How was it under Obama?

It was mildly critical of Obama and praised him at other times.

Where do they go? Downhill.

MSM will lose influence, youtubers and such will gain prominence.

I remember the media fawning over Obama.

And I'd love for mainstream media to lose a ton of influence.

Youtubers and podcasts are already getting there.

That's not good for them. The liberal and leftists YouTubers are highly critical of Democrats. The moderate YouTubers are highly critical of Democratic Hypocrisy. The Right-Winger YouTubers are highly critical of anything Democrats do even if they just fart.

It's not a good position for Democrats to be in. We will see the 2010s as the last decade that the Democrats ruled MSM influence.

And hell the youtubers give us a lot more choices for where we get our news than...just cbs, nbc, abc and fox.

I wonder if this is why certain folk try to disparage youtubers? Especially ones that get views that rival CNN, etc. like...Tim Pool 🙂

I still think Democrats have the majority influence over the mainstream media and will for some time.

And there are lots of youtubers who are very critical of Dems and those channels are Left wing.

I hope people see places like Reddit and Twitter for the cesspools they are.

I remember the MSM shitting on Obama and had propped up Hillary. Then Obama started winning some things in the Primary and the eerily and creepily switched candidates and started supporting Obama.

One Media Historian analyzed it and actually narrowed it down to an exact date that the MSM seems to have gotten a cue from somewhere and switched from negative to positive Obama coverage - literally calling him the Messiah. He put together a montage, by date, and it was super super creepy watching it flip literally overnight.

As if there really was a cabal, Illuminati, World Order, tinfoil hat conspiracy going on and they got orders to back Obama. The reality is, what I said: he won stuff he wasn't expect to run and they saw him as a real possibility to win so they just backed Obama. Got more views for it. Everyone followed VERY quickly thereafter.

Oh they control academia and the entertainment industry.

And most of the msm too. Yeah you have like fox and a few others, but it doesn't compare.

So wait, they call conservatives dumb, but it's more than likely they had leftist teachers.

Pool was smart: he left MSM after the occupy wall street shit and went into business for himself. Now he is absurdly successful. All he does is just record 2 videos a day. Almost no editing. Reads news stories almost word for word on screenshare. Makes a few comments about the article. And it is successful.

The media should learn from this.

@Surtur, Dems do control the narrative and they will for a long time. It's up to regular everyday people to change that. But I'm not sure they can. Big money like Soros is making sure of that.
