What if Superman as a baby crash landed on Marvel earth?

Lets say years ago Superman crash landed on Marvel earth instead of DC, who would things have been different. Would he still have become a hero?

Way different. Johnathan and Martha would be dead, the infant would have been captured by hydra.

He would land near New York, because every Superhero and their mother is there.
