that was a sick comic. Superman intentionally took hits from DS. Fought him at superspeed and saved people. ThAts a combat speed feet, he did it so fast, Darkseid didn’t even realize what Superman was doing.

All this while the mother box was taking his will away.

Superman had 3 choices, 1. fight, 2. save the people or 3. the impossible and he chose the impossible and made it possible. In that comic you could substitute anyone for DS but a full powered DS with a motherbox is gotta be right up there with any cosmic being.
