Only ten years? Weren't Thatcher's policies taking milk out of mouths of school kids back in the 80's.
I do find it offensive when first world countries like the US and UK have starving people, as there's no real excuse. The US alone throws away billions in food each year and we pay our farmers not to grow, to keep the prices up.
