It shouldn't be interesting at all. Odd Job I don't remember much from, but Jaws held up the back end of a van and fell from near orbit and was unharmed. Also I'm assuming that even though this is h2h, he can bite which will end whoever he chomps down on.

He's got durability feats like falling through a circus tent after his parachute doesn't open, and getting rammed into a stone wall by a van, and being completely okay. He was inside a car that drove off a cliff, and exploded when it hit the ground. That didn't hurt him. He even overpowers a shark.

Pardon me if I'm missing your mention of it King, but Jaws also had however many tons of stone fall on him in the pyramids fight in The Spy Who Loved Me and was only incapacitated, not harmed at all. Jaws (and Oddjob to a lesser extent) is a legit superhuman that will roll right through Bourne and Wick in a H2H matchup like this.
I didn't mention all his feats because I ran out of time and their were like 15-20 more to copy/paste and give the descriptions to so I left it at that. But yes I do remember that scene. I might put more feats up later but it's pretty cut and dry that while Bourne and Wick are both cartoony with their durability(mainly) with some enhanced feats. Jaws is just a straight up cartoon main villain put into live action. They stand no chance, which is saying something.
