It's not a guess whether BM can do it or not. Nor is it a matter of opinion. A character is only as strong as their highest strength feat (unless they have the power set to increase their strength to unlimited amounts).
BM greatest strength feat is the meteor feat (which is a speck of dust to Earth).

Sentry hit Thor so hard (and wasn't even trying) that it shook an entire planet. Then we have his cosmic cube showing and him stopping the pull of an entire Celestial.
Jane crushed amped adamantium that was covered in vibranium with her bare hands.
Gladiator contained a solar system destroying blast and contained it to the point that it created a star. A blast capable of destroying a solar system was contained by Gladiator to the point that it created an entire star/sun next to Pluto.
Hercules stopped the movement of earth via strength
Standard Hulk can do it as well.
