Quicksilver vs. Grey Gargoyle

Can Grey Gargoyle imprint the earth and get a lock on his opponent.
If he gets fresh prints he’d be able to transform his hand print so as to run into his opponent based on physicality.
Touch and go.
Can he even stop top speed?

Would Quicksilver be able to outrun the disapproving stare of his elders?

I don’t know the answer to this fight but there has to be a way to stop Quicksilver. Grey Gargoyle seems to have a stop power.
