Black Order vs Thanos

Rules.
Fight is in New York city (no people around).

Thanos can die (no death curse here).
Fight is to the death or ko.

Proxima is prone to use her spear (sun mass and poison) in this fight. Thanos can't mentally control the spear like she can. He can grab it though.

All characters are fighting with optimal intelligence (they don't do things that are contrary to their actual intelligence).

First fight
Thanos does not have his tech and is reduced to only blasting and h2h.

Second fight
Thanos has access to any tech that's normally and currently on his person (no outside tech) and can perform other actions within his current powers.

so Proxima,Glaive,Dwarf,Ebony Maw,Super Giant, Black Swan

Are we considering Hela as part of the team? I don't see him winning with her on it.

Otherwise, he should still win but with that spesr on the table and the glance they could possibly win. Good fight imo

Thanos in both. He has feats to suggest that this would be a no contest, and enough power to prove it. Lol at the spear being a threat to him after he was able to repeatedly get back on his feet after taking multiple hits from a Cosmic Cube and spanking the Revengers for using it on him. He'd murder this team.

Thanos in both, he easily has the tools/feats to win both scenarios comfortably.

How would he get around the spear weighing him down? Or the Glaive, etc?

They are all fodder the Thanos, the levels between Thanos and the black order were clearly shown in infinity under Hickman.

Don't forget, Cap America dodged the spear (and killed Corvus in the process, iirc).

Wakandan soldiers were able to block it.

Black Panther was able to dodge it.

All those guys sound more skilled and nimble than than Thanos, the Mad Titan might get tagged while eating his fourth hamburger

so was Hela ever considered part of the Black Order or was she just helping them?

I thought she was just helping them.

She was, and she also loves Thanos. He dominated her several times.
