WW pretty easily. She's probably not saber resistant, but her gauntlets should block it and her strength is great enough to easily knock it out of his hand. She's also quite a bit faster.
She can also counter all of his force abilities. TK can be beaten through flight and he hasn't used stasis on anyone near as strong as WW.

It was a mod ruling in an old Captain America thread and when have you seen a thread specify Vader/Thor from "SW ep 3/Thor 1" and then people use all their movies for feats?

Both your examples are inherently flawed as the characters typically grow during and between the films. If, for example, someone uses AoU Thor people usually use feats from Thor 1, Avengers, Thor 2, and AoU.
