Don't sleep on Ivy ,either. But yeah I'd give it to the Spidey villains more often than not.

They do have the raw power advantage, sure.

Even someone like Vulture was kicking the crap out of solid peak humans with great skill such as Cable or Daredevil... and Vulture is not exactly known for his superhuman physicals.

Anyway, it needs to be said that Sandman and Hydroman aren't even 5% as powerful as Parm would like them to be.

Not only they lack the smarts... writers keep making new weaknesses for them.
