Willy Wonderland (2021)

I watched it last night and liked it, too.

The music written for the creepy "animatronic stage monstrosities" (as my friend put it, haha) was pretty spot on. Reminded me of my times at Chuck E Cheese.

It's trash, but pretty well done and entertaining. Cage is good even though he never says a word.

I was wondering if there would be an explanation for him chugging so many soda pop cans... haha, but nope...

^^^the soda sounds like one of those affectations someone like Cage is fond of throwing into his character just because.

Haha.. I watched Red Letter Media's review of this and they had basically nothing good to say about it, 😂

And they're not wrong, really. But I still didn't hate the movie, just as some dumb trash. I still found it somewhat entertaining.

Caught it last Sunday. Was complete garbage imo.

Emily Tosta is hot, though.

She did indeed improve my enjoyment of the film, yes. 👆

I mean, yeah, the film is sloppy and not great. But I enjoyed the darkly spot-on music that they came up with for the demented animatronic creatures and such. While the script was certainly poorly constructed, there was some creativity put into it.
