Shang Chi vs Tim Drake

No chi abilities, Tim gets basic utilities and Shang gets a pair of nunchuckes

Tim Drake destroys him with full equipment.

What basic utilities does Tim carry with him, because if they aren't capable of a one-shot I'd give Shang pretty good chances here.
