Galan convinced me a while back. It's very difficult to rate exactly how powerful LB Galactus was. He was supposed to more powerful than a standard Galactus (whatever that means), but there really isn't any concrete evidence to support, or measure precisely how powerful he was. All of his feats were shown in a twisted reality that placed Master Order and Lord Chaos above the Living Tribunal.
