Surely there are enough reasonable Republicans in Congress to get 3 out 4 votes for a Ukraine bill? The real problem is that the speaker of the house can block any bill from even being voted on. That rule needs to change.
Biden already put forth a bill that covers aid to Ukraine, Israel and funding for more border security. Republicans won't even allow a vote on it.
Trump recently said he'll completely withdrawal the US out of NATO in 2025 should he be elected again. This only helps Putin and Putin would take over Ukraine without US aid. Republicans are by and large not speaking out on this.
