Civil War Within The GOP

Trump has sabotaged the GOP worse than any Democrat ever could. After 1/6, I can not see Republicans EVER obtaining any kind of federal executive administration. Mike Pence has tried to claim that a 2024 election is possible, but unlike Biden, he has zero support from the president he served under, and fools that Trump has humiliated such as Cruz, Christie and Rubio (the latter two once being prime presidential contenders pre-2016) ended up cowardly fellating him for shortsighted political clout at the cost of their public integrity, so I just can not see them ever gaining the public support required to win the Oval Office. I remember in 2016 when Republicans were mocking Democrats for the Clinton/Sanders schism, but the situation the GOP is in now is infinitely more politically untenable.

The Clinton/Sanders feud was a playful slap fight compared to what's happening now in the GOP and will happen in the Republican primary, that's going to be an epic shit-show of the highest order. Best part, the Right did it to themselves.

Just wait until they use the "Trump was not really one of us" line, or some version of it.

And Clinton almost won 2016

She didn't put time and effort into several key states, thinking she had them in the bag by default. That cost her the election.

Granted, she did win the popular, but that doesn't necessarily win the election due to our corrupt Electoral College system. She should have played the game knowing the shit rules in place.

Dems have been trying to take back the south since 2000.

We've seen most of this won't matter to the general supporters of the Republicans. They'll still vote for whoever they think yells loud enough about them being victims and then will vote whoever wins the primaries over any democrats cause 'america don't like commies or socies'

^This is generally true, but the former POTUS and current leader of the GOP not supporting whomever gets the nomination will hurt that person and you only need a small margin to flip some states.

Ideally Trump gets so butthurt by what some of the GOP is doing that he forms his own 'The Trump Super American Patriot Party for True Patriots' as he's threatened to do to keep fleecing his cult. Would be hilarious.

I think Paul Ryan running would be hilarious.

"Paul Ryan is not Jack Kennedy, Paul Ryan is running for president to continue the platform and policies that were set up when I ran as Vice President"

"Oh, now you're Bob Dole?"

Trump and Pence duel in Arizona in fight for Republican future

Edie Palazuelos drove 200 miles and lined up for five hours under the baking sun to to see Donald Trump at a campaign event for candidates he is backing in the forthcoming Arizona Republican primaries.

It’s the fifth Trump rally the 27-year-old has attended since the former president lost the White House in 2020 – because Palazuelos vehemently believes the election was stolen. Any judge or lawmaker who concludes otherwise is “willfully ignorant”, he said, referring to the dozens of lawsuits and recounts nationwide which ruled out fraud.

Trumpers continue to act like cultist, the GOP civil war is ongoing as the former POTUS and VP fight and the AZ Gov candidate Trump is backing is just like him, she's already declared that if she loses, it's because of cheating.

All good stuff 🙂

Arizona will be blue in 2024. party

The two top Republicans:

Kari Lake is a former KSAZ-TV news anchor, Trump is backing her

Karrin Taylor Robson is land developer and member of the Arizona Board of Regents, Pence is backing her

The two top Democrats:

Katie Hobbs, is the Arizona Secretary of State

Marco Lopez Jr is a former Chief of Staff for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and former Mayor of the city of Nogales (AZ)

Alex Jones: I'm Dumping Trump for DeSantis

Alex Jones is threatening to "dish all the dirt" on Donald Trump to get back at him over his endorsement of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Yeah, we all wish Trump would do the right thing," Jones said on his Wednesday afternoon InfoWars program, before urging his listeners to "move on" from Trump due to his glowing endorsement of the vaccine.

"In fact, maybe—you know what—to get Trump's attention," he continued, "maybe I should just dish all the dirt—you know what, you know what—I am going to dish it all on Trump next hour."

Jones added, "It's not to hurt Trump, it's so people can know how pathetic he is when you think he is playing 4D chess, going to save you and he's not!"

Far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has thrown his backing behind Ron DeSantis, withdrawing his support for former Donald Trump. During an Infowars broadcast this week, Jones declared that he would no longer "pigheadedly" support Trump.

Jones said he disagreed with Trump over Operation Warp Speed—the former president's initiative launched in May 2020 to produce COVID-19 vaccines—but backed him anyway. He added that he believed Trump needed to be kept in power at the time to prevent the "nightmare scenario" of Joe Biden being elected president.

While Trump was interviewed by Jones during his 2016 presidential campaign and enjoyed the support of the Infowars host throughout his presidency, Jones has previously denounced the former president for backing the vaccines. He urged followers to "move on" from Trump and threaten to "dish all the dirt" on him last December.

On Wednesday, Jones said that he was "coming after" Trump for supporting the vaccines and would attempt to block any attempt by the former president to "join the new world order and destroy us." The Infowars host also played a video clip of DeSantis suggesting that COVID-19 vaccine booster shots put people at higher risk of becoming ill.

Who you kidding? They always reeeeee. Always.

The 2024 GOP primary is going to be even more hilarious than the 2016.

This frames Trump as a moderate. Good plan!

A 19-year-old San Antonio man was arrested after threatening a mass killing at the Student Action Summit in Florida, the FBI said.

According to a federal complaint, Alejandro Richard Velasquez Gomez made social media posts that the FBI determined were similar to another one posted before an actual mass killing and investigators allege he was planning a copycat crime.

The complaint said that Gomez threatened "revenge" on the attendees of the event that was hosted by the conservative group Turning Point USA on July 22–24.

Known online by the screen names "LatinoZoomer" and "MestizoZoomer," Velasquez has been tied by the FBI to the extremist "incel" movement. An FBI agent who interviewed Velasquez claimed that "he intended the post to evoke Elliot Rodger."

Velasquez's threat against the Student Action Summit concluded with, "SAS will be the turning point of the LatinoZoomer lore," posting a video of himself in his car. Images of children being sexually exploited by adults were found on his phone.

Turning Point USA has been an enemy of Nick Fuentes and his followers after the conservative group attempted to ban them from attending their summit last year.

Fuentes and members of his America First "groyper army" have disrupted multiple Turning Point and CPAC events for not being extremist enough.

Just so I can be in on the joke... what is the meaning of this "reeeee" you all speak of?

sound emitted by people with very deep anger issues or autism. in the case of autistic kids it comes in the form of an eardrum-shocking decibel and octave that could wake the dead. also it's a way of throwing their convoluted pepe meme back in their faces, since many of them seem to be ironically living green-text lives.
