Also, the only way to beat DD is to one shot him. If you don't one shot him then he would not only heal (assuming you even manage to damage him) but he will gain resistance (if not immunity) to whatever damaged him.

All depends on Larf's mindset going in.

If he actually takes it seriously, and goes for the kill right away, he could conceivably beat DD, imo(DD has never gone up against Lantern energies comparable to Larf's.)

But if Larf f*cks around, DD will adapt.

i don't see dd being overwhelmed at the outset. his base level was just too powerful. obviously the radiant killed early forms, but after that the only thing that really did the job was entropy. can't see larf recreating that level of power.

DD has never faced the type of energy that Larf uses... Let alone the level at which Larf can utilize that energy(the guy wields the sum total of the OLC power, which transcends even the GLC.) IOW, Larf is essentially the OLC equivalent of the original Ion... Except significantly more powerful.

So if he actually uses that power at the onset, and goes for the kill, he could conceivably beat DD, imo.
