At least 6-7/10 imo. I see no reason they can't take a few wins though with that Trident on the table.

Arthur doesn't need water so neutral ground would be featureless right?
But for his trident to really do anything it needs water so does that mean neutral ground now has water or? I guess I could read the rules again but....im not
