Be fair, he has very few appearances in general.

Brubaker's Daredevil was one of his last major runs. And there he was tanking being engulfed in flames, and being shot through the chest, so still quite formidable.

One shotted Danny too. Blind side, but still.

The thing of it is, Spidey's also the only one who refuses to kill by default anyways. How many Hydra and Hand Ninja have Danny and Matt slaughtered?

In the Immortal Iron Fist, you can see Danny clearly breaking someones neck, no hesitation.

Hand ninjas are already dead... so killing them doesn't really matter...

No, not really.

Being forced to work for the Hand =/= getting transformed into one of their fodder zombies.

So that leaves you with Hydra agents. And you're still going to have a hard time proving any of those kills.
