It could be hyperbole, but it doesn't have to be. It's clear what's happening. Black Adam is sent from one of the 52 universes in the multiverse to the Rock of Eternity situated on the center of the multiverse, and in the process creats a disruption in the omniverse. We don't know anything about this disruption, it could just be meaningless noise that will never be mentioned again.

It's like Odin's battle with Seth. It, supposedly, could be felt across the Multiverse too.

Its not 52 universes anymore. Its infinite universes now. And omniverse contains infinite multiverses now.

In this multiverse. There are new multiverses growing and the omniverse already had infinite multiverses even before Death Metal.

You're forgetting the 52 Multiverse also contained Hypertime, which contained infinite Multiverses. And that's not even into getting the 4th World/Dark Multiverse which makes the totality of Marvel look like a speck. Just the totality of the main Multiverse is enormous -- and there's infinities of this in the greater Overvoid running around. It's ridiculous.

Which means “the last of” wizard Shazam”s power affected an infinity of MultiverseS as well as the various higher dimensions in DC. It would take beings like Eternity/LT and those beyond them to match such a feat, and that was a fraction of Shazam”s full power.
