Not sure how people are fitting Lucifer or Michael into this. Their cosmologies from Vertigo don”t remotely fit into modern DC comics, and their feats don”t put them above Doctor Manhattan.

Edit: i”m also not sure how CR Superman and Mandrakk are being brought into this. They are vastly inferior to Perpetua/DK/God WW in terms of feats, scaling, and cosmic significance.

The Source, Judges, Raptor, DK, God WW, Perpetua, Manhattan, and the Brothers Three are all more powerful than Mxy.
