Good fight. Faora wouldn't be able to hurt Nam significantly (it would take her a long time to accrue any significant amount of damage) as I see Nam tougher than or equal to Clark against physical strikes.
Nam is a lot stronger as he was able to nearly ko (or put down for awhile) Superman with a few attacks.
Faora is significantly faster though and can avoid most, if not all, of Nam's attacks.
If Nam manages to grab her or get a good jarring hit on her then it's over. But if she manage to avoid being tagged by solid blows or grabbed indefinitely then she can win by attrition.
Fight can go either way.

Nam took Clarks best haymakers without any damage (almost no sold them). Faora appeared more jarred at times when Clark struck her.
If you watch the scenes then it is clear that Nam is stronger and more durable.

Seems like Faora's hook/clothesline is what put Clark down for a bit. He was still conscious and moving when Namek was hitting him, just couldn't respond because he was getting combo'd. And everything after the IHOP was a team effort. As soon as they got split up, Clark punched him across town and Nam was out of the fight for a good while.

Faora didn't appear to hit Clark in that exchange with Nam. Nam did all if not most of the damage (according to you).
