Eonymous view the whole of the DC Creation (and probably the entire greater Omniverse) as a flat space they can manipulate just by doing something as Lilliputian as spilling coffee on it. Spilled coffee created a Multiverse within DC and various metatextual, Multiversal reality warping cosmic entities.
The Hand created infinite multiverses in DC with a snap of their fingers, but I just don’t think they have a grip on reality as all-encompassing as The Eonymous. I”d say they stomp.
