All the above 3 stories are still Big C Canon, as official stories, but those are different Supermen on different Earths in the Omniverse, in the same way that Earth-3 features a different Superman, code named Ultraman, in the Omniverse.
So what we have here is an example of Superman displaying Little C canon.
It doesn't make him "PreCrisis" in anyway shape or form. Nor does he get his feats.

Superman's floor is herald level. In the mid, he's shown to one shot trans tier guys. Then Supermans top end fights gods and high end cosmics and wins.
Hulks floor he gets knocked out 3 shot by Captain America or loses to guys like Hawkeye, Spiderman, Wolverine, and Circus of Crime, and at his top end still gets humiliated by trans and skyfather characters, but he does have a good showing here and there like beating Sentry that wanted to lose, and cracking Onslaughts armor.
They're just not even close to the same.
Not in feats, not in wins.
Hulk should never be compared to or matched up with Superman.

Concerning Superman and gas station explosion...immortal hulk was recently killed by three fuel cars crashing into him and the ground
Savage Hulk was knocked out from a gas main being blown up. Machine Man was unharmed from the same explosion and actually saved Hulk from apparent death as he flew him out of the bulk of the shockwave
All characters have low showings. It’s interesting the both have a similar ones though

Gas explosions and Oil explosions are as OP in comics as apes are.
Supes benched Six sextillion tons for days and struggled with a dragon in the same book. In that same book the dragon was killed by a large oil field explosion (or something similar, I dont remember fully)

Scans of any of these things happening in 15 years to Hulk. I don't know why you're mentioning things like this while clinging to Superman highs KNOWING that Superman lows are just as bad.
