The fight started in 46 and Thor was nothing more but an annoyance, despite getting the cheapshots in.
Hulk is not invulnerable, but even a hole in his head didn't stop him from fighting (as shown vs. Bushwacker), so Thor had nothing at his disposal capable of beating him.
Same cannot be said for Hulk, who deepthroated that piece of shit.
