World War Hulk is limited to being able to output the power that he was able to during that arc. With that being the case I'd pick WW Hulk, as Wonder Woman was recently scaled to Mongul, and he appeared to be her superior. Not saying that Mongul is weak, but I don't see him being as big of a threat as I see WW Hulk.

The recent example is not the only one.
