I’d give it to Power Girl.

Greater physicals and speed. The only thing I could see Stark doing is Sonics and I don’t even know if that would or could put her down.

Power Girl stomps, imo.

The only reason she isn't taken as seriously as other kryptonians is because she's lower on the ladder compared to the top ones -- but she's a mid-herald in applicability.
