If he doesn't job like he did to Steve, Spidey stomps. US Agent was nearly even against Falcon and Winter Soldier. Spidey straight up stomped both without effort. Steve's jobber aura overwhelmed even Tony in that movie and somehow a guy that can take shots from a tank lost in H2H to a man on WW2 steroids.
