The battle happened after the Marvel vs DC crossover arc, Hulk lose to Superman in a fan voted winner if the fight, Marvel wanted to redeem Hulk so Hulk and Glads fought, Ballpark tried to BFR him into space and Hulk used his super hearing against him and the rest is history..........see below.
