Trump's first two years were far, far, far more incompetent doh. He failed to build his wall, he failed to crush Obamacare and replace with "something better", he didn't deport all the "brown people" he promised, Keystone XL pipeline not built, didn't ban foreign lobbyists from raising election money (because he relies on it). He did give the biggest tax breaks to the the uber wealthy though, you know, the ones that need it the most.
