Thor (classic) vs Annihilus w/Cosmic Rod and Bands

Who wins?

hmm, thor seemed pretty evenly matched with anny while he just had the rod. in a forum fight he'd have access to more abilities than he showed in that fight though, but still, anny would be too much most of the time i think. maybe 7/10 for annihilus?

Thor, better top end feats.

Annihilus beats up Thor so hard he ends up becoming current Thor
