Source which states the Top 5 Red light Saber wielders

Just thought i will ask is the link/source which lists the top 5 red light saber wielders is that Canon or not, and if so or not how so ?

It's from Star Wars: Absolutely Everything You Need To Know, which was published in 2015. Technically Canon, but pretty outdated as far as Canon sources go. I'd love to see an updated version of this book that accounts for all the new content in the past 6 years.

For what it's worth, the "Updated and Expanded" version of the same book does not include that list.
