Still doesn’t matter. This is either a stomp in favor of Monitors, or godly stomps in favors of the Monitors depending if you’re allowing Pre-Crisis Monitor and Anti-Monitor.

Forgot to add this. When you say remove Mandrakk from one scenario, I assume you mean to remove Dax Novu, the first Mandrakk. But I think you’re forgetting Rox Ogama was the second Mandrakk to be borne after feeding from Mandrakk 1. Though not as powerful as Dax, Rox was plenty powerful in his own rights.

In the second scenario I had in mind the race of "normal" universal Monitors. In other words- base level Monitors.

On that note, does anyone know if Earth 33 had a Monitor designated to it, given that it is supposed to be an analogue of the real world?

Doesn’t matter, they still godly stomp. The Monitors are not just mere beings of powers, they also bring to the fight their gears. The Thought Robot is a creation of the Monitors.

Also, remember the fight between Prime and Monarch? After Prime killed him, and the blast lay waste to his Universe, said Monitors shield was able to casually tanked said blast.

Are you joking? Scenario 2 still has Mandrakk 2, and all of their technologies to fall back on. The same techs that created the Thought Robot.
