Did Quinlan Vos and Darth Maul ever cross paths and duel?

Just thought I will ask did they ever duel or cross paths in canon ? I read in some forum site they met during CW just sort of after Vos defeated Dooku etc but not sure how accurate that is ?

There was a Clone Wars storyboard that showed them fighting, but no story was ever adapted from it.

If i remember well, Maul’s voice actor said that Vos was the one supposed to fight and capture Maul in TCW S7, but in the end they picked Ahsoka for the job 🙁
