Cap, Slade, Logan and Bane all end up as street pizza.
I'm not quite sure about Beast. Cat Beast will probably be in terrible pain but could probably survive that fall. Not sure how his bones will feel but he is decently superhuman in durability/strength so he could be fine.
Everyone else has no problems completing the challenge.
Not necessarily. It's hard to judge height from that scene. The jet could've only been 20-40ft above those 2-3 story buildings.
Cap also made sure he was as low as he could be without damaging buildings or getting in trouble. So he was super close to the ground in comparison and that is definitely not anywhere near the ESB highest point which is 1,454 feet.

Cool feat. The building being only 200 feet below them means they weren't that high up. And regardless of the height, by Caps own words he fell 200ft or thereabouts. The ESB is nearly 1,500ft high. That means he's still got about 1,300ft left to fall for the scenario and that feat doesn't help him much. Falling 200ft onto a car roof and falling 1500ft onto solid concrete are very different.

The building in the background is way higher than the jet. Cap has about 20 flips in there and thats it. That jet isnt that high off the ground.Loki
Ares
Venom (maybe)
Tiger Shark
Cage
Captain America has jumped out of planes with no chute before and didn't break anything. The heights were well above the height of the Empire State building.
