Madrox does know when his dupes die. He can recall them into himself from anywhere in the world it seems. And that's when they cease to exist, when they come back to him. And he does tend to feel the injury they come back to him with, but if it's say a bite from a zombie, it's not gonna slow him down more than him going "ahhh that hurt". Injuries themselves do not transfer from dupe to Jamie.
Also you can't use the Terrigen Mist as an example because of how it interacts with and alters mutant abilities. Quicksilver went from having superspeed to being able to make time clones because of Terriginesis.
So if Jamie in this scenario gets bitten, he can just call his dupe back and he'll be fine. Also, why would Jamie Prime go out to fight when he's got a 100 man army? He can just sit back and let them do all the work.
At the end of the day, 100 street level badasses with knives and swords can kill zombies faster than a single individual, even if that individual has infinite stamina.
Everyone on the list is better at killing Zombies than Madrox because they have powers that enhance them physically, but none of them can be in 100 different places at once can they? Can any of them put out another clone for every clone that gets injured or killed? No.
It's logic and math. The OP asks who's faster. And it's the guy who has 100 guys working in tandem for his benefit.

The stakes of this scenario and that fight are different. Also it's just him in this scenario, not his best friends and teammates also putting their lives on the line. He has no reason to potentially sacrifice himself for no reason whatsoever when as the pretty smart guy that he is knows about the TWD Walkers and all the other basic info you get in a scenario. Also he'd be trying to win the scenario as in come out on top, not just win as in killing enough zombies to keep his people safe.
In character Madrox wouldn't be an idiot and potentially get bitten just because "I don't like to let other people get their hands dirty" because he's the only person involved.
Also are there anymore scans of him acting like that? Or is that the only one? Because if it's the only one then you can't act like this is something he does often, stupidly putting himself at risk when he can be a general with basically infinitely replaceable troops.

My problem with it, was that yes, you are right, he is a badass etc. But still squishy, human level, with no HF.
Cap has scale armour/low HF. Wolverine has his HF. DS has his Ikon suit/HF. Even Spidey has a low-level HF, plus the mobility advantage and spidey-sense.
Madrox has normal street clothes, and an endless supply of potential new zombies. If one of his dupes turns, that now means we have potential zombie Madroxes that absorb kinetic energy and create more dupes etc etc.
My point is, he's a liability. You need to ensure that every single one of his dupes do not get turned, and the instant they get bitten, Jamies immediately absorbs that dupe and pray that he doesn't get turned himself, or just kills that dupe.
I agree, he would INITIALLY start winning the speed war. But once he stops paying attention, and a dupe gets turned....
You also aren't factoring in his mental issues with the dupes. I remember back in the day (lol...about 5 years ago?) every dupe he created had a different personality.

If Maddox Prime reabsorbs a drunk dupe, he gets drunk as well.
