Hercules definitely has the better hands and overall skill. I was going give supes the strength advantage based on him casually throwing a mile-long space ship into space, but herc has shook the planet by arm wrestling so that wouldn’t be fair.

Problem with that is that:

- we don't know the planet size, we only know it's been ravaged and deserted,

- it was a shared feat with Thor, so it wasn't done under his own power,

- it actually took place in the "far future" - making it not legit to use per forum rules.
