I use Scan Score ( https://scan-score.com/en/ ) - its been around a long time, but works quite well for me. Need a decent quality copy to scan from, and you may need to adjust the scan settings to optimise the input. I'm usually scanning choral music and find, in general, it is quicker to scan and correct than enter from scratch. This is especially applicable if there is a piano part as well.
