Brexit only means Brexit for popularist bigotry!

For Boris rules and agreements don't count.

What a fool.

Oh pooty... smh. ❌

How long's it been since the Brexit vote happened, 5-6 years maybe?

And you're still whining about it? 😂

And before you accuse me of whining over 2020 election, that one was clearly stolen, unlike your Brexit vote.

The Vote Leave campaign was literally found guilty in a court of law of breaking campaign spending rules.

Looks more complicated then bald faced thievery. There's alleged misinterpretations of law by an official, and one allegation that the "Remain" side benefitted from some unfairness.

The Brexit vote was years ago, yet only came in to affect recently. And they're still ****ing it up. Northern Ireland is a ****ing mess, and Boris is constantly trying to act the bollocks about a document HE signed.

The big problem is most people want to get Brexit done, yet I think most of us forgot about Northern Ireland so if they could go back to Ireland? 😏 things could be simpler.

Well, it is a reversible vote, if the UK wants to rejoin the EU at a later date it can do so, and if people want to campaign for that to happen I don't see why that's a bad thing really.

people have for 5 years! Labor stayed quiet on the issue, but a lot of its members said they wanted a second referendum or reversal, libdems campaigned against the decision and just go against democracy, the greens campaigned for making the EU even more powerful and every right wing party campaigned for completely different ways of getting Brexit done. I don’t like Theresa May, but I think her plan was probably the best.

Since 2016, we’ve had 2 elections and 3 prime ministers and every time the conservative government campaigned to respect the vote and get it over with, and they won every time. The pro European parties have utterly collapsed, with the exception of the SNP. How many more times do we have to tell them, stop taking our fish? Seriously, it’s a red herring.

but now it bites 🙂 I am insulates I earn dollars, live I Africa and have Private health insurance. My bank account is an HSBC International account, my pension is with Abbey in Switzerland and my second passport is Irish and EU. Most people are going to be decimated mind.

I’m glad you mentioned the Irish passport. Because of the “Good Friday agreement “ immigrants can get British citizenship through first getting Irish citizenship. It’s a long process, but getting Irish citizenship is ****ing easy, but before anyone thinks I’m talking about Pakistani or Romanian immigrants, Us and Canadian immigrants do it too. In fact, it’s a giant loophole that every nation exploits.

1. Get Irish citizenship
2. Go to Northern Ireland and get British citizenship
3. Travel to London and overcrowd the place

I got Irish citizenship because my grandfather was Irish. My mother got an Irish passport, then me.

👆 Agreed it's embarrassing!

**** you whirly

This is why Libertarians are suspicious of central power in the first place. The left treats it like a tool, and fully support central governments when their guy is in power. They don't seem to get your guy won't always be in power, and you'll be stuck with a Boris Johnson or Donald Trump.

And all that power enjoyed by your side, is now THEIR power.

This is why Libertarians throw out the baby with the bath water, and prize a government that doesn't have the power to hurt anyone, even if it costs in power to help.

A good philosophy.

The problem with this thinking by Libertarians is that it opens the space for local powers to impose their wills without being countered. For instance without a strong Federal Government Jim Crow laws wouldn't have been overturned.

So it's not a 'good' philosophy. Just one with it's own issues. I personally think it's much more reasonable to assume any entity with power can be exploited unjustly therefore careful checks and balances must always be given with power.

The weird irony is libertarianism and democracy are both left wing philosophies.
