Who's stronger, Namor or Aquaman

Only fts can prove this. Who's stronger?

Namor, easily.

Everybody knows that, even citizens of Ireland.

Feats only, no scaling?

Some media outlets try to paint them as being equal in strength but no..........Arthur has some nice strength feats but Namor is at least a notch above him in the strength department, AM has only been portrayed to have have mid to high level strength in the last couple of decades and he was once laid low and nearly ko'ed from a punch by Batman.

No scaling.

By personal feats? Aquaman.

By scaling? I’d say they should be more or less even but historically Namor.

Aquaman has never almost been KO’d by Batman he struggled against Batman because he wasn’t accustomed to moving on land in the story, but saying Batman almost knocked him out is a gross misinterpretation of the instance… Namor also not too long ago struggled with Captain America (Invaders) and Black Panther (Avengers) and that’s in recent years with his current amp.

No scaling.

Aquaman has better personal feats without scaling so him then.

Do not use Batman as standard for characters.

Batman removed Hal’s ring from his fingers in the New 52 without Hal noticing.

Batman was slammed by a mind control Diana and suffered no injuries.

Batman was able to damage and kept up with a machines that gave Barry trouble.

Really?????............Interesting.

Yeah, the bullsh|t is heavy involving that character. As to the thread, they are probably peers (strength, speed, durability).

To E.Static:

There is no "gross misinterpretation" here as I know what I read and saw, it happened in a issue of 'The Brave and the Bold' back in the 70's, they fought and the narrative read that Batman delivers a blow that would cripple most men and Aquaman was stunned, I never said that he COMPLETELY knocked Arthur out but it took the fight out of him, it was illustrated by the late artist Jim Aparo.

My mistake I never read or even heard of that issue I thought you were talking about a later instance that usually gets misconstrued

I’d have to check out the Brave and The Bold issues. The silver age was widely inconsistent for a lot of characters though.

And Namor has struggled against Captain America and Black Panther in recent years. I could give the benefit of the doubt for BP because his suit and gear makes him Wolverine esque able to punch above his weight, but Captain America is more Batman like in tier. Regardless neither of who they fight is “personal feats” which is what the thread stated and Aquaman’s personal feats over the years are better in my opinion.

Between stopping an attack that destroyed a continent, to surviving the temperature and pressures of the Earth’s core to outrunning lightning.

This line is false.

I'm not going to pretend Aquaman has been the most consistent character in the world, but he has impressive strength feats going back further than a couple of decades.

Not to sound challenging but I would like to see some of the AM early strength feats that you've mentioned here, seems to me that he was more powerful in the Superfriends cartoons where he demonstrated some mild strength feats over the earlier comics version, but I know the animation feats don't count here.

I always thought of them as that line right before you get to elite tier strength. I do consider them relative equals

Namor

Namor's best feat is the Hydrobase feat, right?
