If Hitler never started a war how good would Germany be now?

If germany never started a war to get defeated. How good of a country would they be now. Military and Economic wise? Would they match the US?

No, they wouldn't be "better" (more powerful globally) than America, but they'd have been allies. The US supported Hitler until he started the war.

We'd be about 20 years behind Scientifically, so not as advanced for sure 🙂

Yup, the British would still be the dominant power as it should be 😖hifty: Natural order would be restored.

I leave you lot alone for five ****ing minutes...

I mean yeah things would be so different that it's barely even worth thinking about, really, unless we're planning on writing a speculative fiction novel. But Germany would not be as powerful as the US either way.

Yup, that was down to the British too of course. 😖hifty:

Would their have been womens lib, the welfare state etc in the UK. I suspect a far more Conservative world.

well 9ne of those we enslaved for 800 years, another was a colony and the last time we argued we burnt down the Whitehouse, the third beat us at penalties.

Maybe we should "fix" all the countries we enslaved and committed genocide against.

so basically, holocaust aside, the world benefitted by trolling germany into mass criminal insanity and murder as punishment for ww1. it's true isn't it

The past is steeped in shame, but tomorrow is fair game. Good Morning Britain.

Pretty much, I think a strong case can be made.

kinda like how we only seem to have these monumental medical breakthroughs under a pandemic. as a race, we are extremely lazy creatures. we find real motivation only under immediate threat of mass-death

ahh, profit is the problem. Our goals are rarely betterment unless mass survival is at stake.
