would he give a flying **** tbh, he runs New York on Marvel Earth in my opinion that's a far bigger and more dangerous terrain than Gotham on DC Earth.

Yeah....I mean, most of those aren't real threats/focus on NYC like the Gotham villains do.

Plus, Wilson is starting from the ground up here. He'd be hard pressed to do the same (no name recognition, nothing) in Marvel, let alone Gotham.
