But stun knuckles, sleeping gas, cryo-foam, etc would have negligible effects on him. In character, I believe that Batman could win despite the heavy odds, but he'd have to automatically go into kill or be killed mode. Would he be willing to kill?.
I favor Dracula for a majority. I feel like he outclasses Batman in just about ever physical action that matters.

He rapes that eras version of Dracula? Dracula could tun into mist. Blade was jobbed recenyly against Knighthawk in the Heroes Return arc. For one Blade is much faster than a human. He should've been hitting Knighthawk more often than being hit by him. Blade isn't a full vampire as well, he's a dampyre, so he doesn't have Dracula's full powers. Didn't the X-Men have a tough time against Dracula for example?
As I mentioned Batman could win, but I'd give Dracula a majority over a faster character than Bruce like Spiderman, which is why the odds are stacked heavily in Dracula's favor from where I stand.
