The sheer amount of blunt force trauma Widow has tanked and walked away from would make Bride blush. Their stats are surprisingly similar when you think about it since Kill Bill was such a stylized series. For example she's chopping off legs with a katana, one-handed while breakdancing. You'd need superhuman strength to do that. She also springboards off a sword in the wall and jumps up like 10-15 feet to get to the next floor.
But at the end of the day, Widow is too hero-y and has way more feats to pull from. She's just done more, fought more people, had more about her shown off and explored.

Oh I thought my original post made it clear I'm backing Widow. Bride is kinda crazy, but Widow has fought robots, aliens, super spies, more aliens, super soldiers and enhanced cyborgs who can copy your moves. Widow has also done some stuff that just shouldn't be physically possible for her. Like falling 30 feet, landing and just walking away. Or getting up after getting swiped by Hulk.
In a h2h Kiddo isn't strong enough to take her down, and the 5 Point Heart Exploding Palm technique is too complicated and takes too long to pull off in an actual fight. So that's her only real ace in the hole already invalidated because Natasha's not gonna sit there like Bill and let her tap away at her boobies for 10 seconds.
The only way I can see the Bride winning this is if she manages to connect the Five Point Palm technique, but as has been mentioned it's doubtful she could connect it. Because otherwise Natasha is just way too tough and skilled for her to put down. She had some crazy durability feats in her solo film, from shaking off hits from super strong Taskmaster to surviving car crashes that should have turned her into paste or tanking a fall that would have left John Wick out of commission.

Yeah, not sure if you've seen the film, but at one point fairly early on she has a fall very similar to the one at the end of John Wick 3 (from a few floors up and smacking into multiple things on the way down) that left Wick needing to be wheeled away and Nat shakes it off and just carries on with the action scene.
After her solo film her durability is undeniably well into superhuman levels by real life standards.
Widow is also insanely strong for a "human" woman.

IMO, her film kind of ruined the Black Widow character for me. She's pretty much all the way into Fast and Furious territory by now. Oh wait... that's a good match up.
