And most of these games have been re-released for years....like Super Mario 64.
Like we should be getting 100 of the best N64 games out there....like Wave Race!!

One thing not mentioned about Xbox Live and then eventually PS (whatever its called) is that you it's super simple to party up and play. It's not just the quality of the online network but the idea that every MP game was tied to Xbox Live and generally functioned the same way.

It's one of the reasons why 360 games are still playable online through backwards compatibility. My friend and I are playing through Dead Space 3 Co-Op, and that was a title that used the online pass system that was a thing years ago.....

Funny thing is, 3rd party games on the Switch have the ability to invite people or friends to your game session or lobby, but not most of the 1st party games, though Nintendo is slowly starting to incorporate it, but such modernization with online takes them ages. lol

And yeah, Wave Race would be nice too.

I didn't know....I just remember my friend trying to play a Nintendo game...and using this complicated system of communicating....he was annoyed.

While....Xbox and PS (I believe)...I send an invite to a party and we are talking 30 seconds later.

Though...it would be nice if games added your party friends to their internal friends list (or squads....of whatever stupid name the game has)..but I guess a party can hold up to 12 peeps...and most games are 4 only.
