Captain Atom vs Silver Surfer

Capt. Atom at his best ( not Monarch ) vs classic Silver Surfer from the 60's, who wins?

I’ve always wondered about this. The Surfer is as vulnerable to being power hijacked as Captain Atom is. Quick draw is what I’d imagine would give either of them the advantage. I’m leaning towards the Surfer on this one for now at least.

Would be an interesting battle.
