The judgment leaves Robinson, who has previously been financially supported by right-leaning groups in the US, facing a heavy monetary penalty at a time when he claims to be bankrupt.Robinson said he was “gobsmacked” by the costs Hijazi’s lawyers were claiming, which he said included £70,000 for taking witness statements. He added: “I’ve not got any money. I’m bankrupt. I’ve struggled hugely with my own issues these last 12 months … I ain’t got it.”
Nicklin acknowledged there were “limits on what can be enforced against him” as a result of Robinson’s bankruptcy, but ruled he should pay Hijazi’s legal costs, which were not stated in court.
So let me get this straight. The man is bankrupt, yet gets support from "right wing groups".
It couldn't be... No one could be THAT low..
What if this is all a scam? He makes himself "bankrupt" to give himself immunity, while setting aside money or assets from "doners", which he himself actually funded (Or perhaps with help from cohorts)
Than he says whatever he wants, and lives like a king while "bankrupt" because he never directly monetizes it, but just does it all through shell groups and such..
I mean, call me crazy, but it just seems awfully convenient that this broke assed sob happens to say things that can get you sued, yet is lawsuit proof because he has no money. It doesn't feel like an accident.

Correct, he's not actually bankrupt, he just claims that as a means to try to avoid lawsuits and paying his victims.
It's like the people who hide assets in preperation for state support for older relatives.
Although in that case I think there's a ton of rules. So maybe more like a company hiding assets in a shell corporation, then declaring bankruptcy.
As much as wee Tommeh is a piece of human sh1t and 100% wrong about this boy it does highlight an issue that gets almost no consideration. The UK rightly takes in kids from war torn countries and tries to give them a normal life. What we don't do very well, if at all, is give them any kind of support in dealing and coping with the horrendous violence they've witnessed at such a young age. Many of them have extreme PTSD and will struggle to cope with that their entire lives. It's an uncomfortable truth that a large chunk of the knife crime in London, as an example, is kids from Somalia who have been exposed to horrific violence in their home countries and are never taught how to break that cycle. They're then put into areas with existing gang violence and so they do the only thing they've known.
