I understand that Sentry struggled with a shield helicarrier, while Adam I was reading lifted the city of eternity and moved a moon out of it's orbit.
He also got bearhugged by Tri-Klops and a random black man.
He's all over the place, strength-wise.
One moment, he can tear Supes in half, eat him and shit him out on your plate (have a good meal).
Other time, he will struggle with "normal" strong-but-nothing-too-special kind of villains/henchmen.

He-Man has far more potential, if we allow the fact his sword can go into overdrive and tap into the wise men of Grayskull, and even reforge He-Man tapping directly into the Fires of Creation. And the toy continuity is full on cosmic god stuff in its own right.
He absorbed a blast that would have erased the universe.

Aquaman lifted far more weight than that as well, unless you discount the fact that Sentry was attempting to keep from bursting through the hull of that very same vessel? He couldn't stop it on a dime, and neither could He-Man. Superman was also pushed a couple miles back when he attempted to stop a ship as large as a sedan. Figured you'd know this by now.

He-Man DID stop a gigantic world devastator ship on a dime, that Supergirl failed to even slow.
In the Injustice crossover with Masters.

Far more potential? Really? Since we're using one time feats to make decisions and all, do you recall that the Sentry beat the Molecule Man at his own game, and that he barely (if at all) noticed Terrax's full might before utterly crushing him with a smile on his face? I wonder who'd win a fight between Skeletor and Molecule Man, or Terrax and Triklops?
