Cere Junda vs Ahsoka Tano

Both at their best and peak who will win in the following:

1. Light sabers
2. Force powers and abilities
3. H2H , CQC
4. All out fight with all the above combined etc.

Ahsoka did way better then Cere, she destroys.

Cere tried to force crush Vader and he wasn't even using the force to resist her, just walked towards her. He basically treated her like a joke.

Ahsoka stomps. Cere was easily disarmed in sabers while Ashoka held her own against a stronger Vader for longer

Yeah, Vader's growth is really what seals the deal here. Even if you try to argue that Cere had a better performance in the Force against Vader, and that Ahsoka had circumstances that gave her an extra advantage in sabers, the fact is that Vader had over a decade of significant growth between the two duels, and Ahsoka still held her own reasonably well, while Cere was basically stomped in sabers.
