Dr. Manhattan (Watchmen 2009 film) vs. Silver Surfer (Fox Fantastic Four)

Two God-Like beings known to have vast amount of power, and known to have a lack of clothing, are about to clash in a fight to the death.

Location: Earth's Moon.

Dr. Manhattan showed more power versatility, also being able to survive without a body makes him hard to kill.

SS did take out Galactus though, but we also saw little of Galactus.

I'd go with Dr. M.
